Reports and recurring knowledge checks

See where you stand by role, site, module and language, and send short recurring checks to find out whether the training stuck.

The Reports screen: compliance, overdue count, pass rate and written answers waiting, and modules ranked hardest first.

  3. 3Modules hardest first — where teaching needs work
Knowledge checks: a schedule per job, average score and people worth a conversation.
  1. 1People who scored low — worth a conversation
  2. 2A cadence per job

Reports

Reports are counted from the records every time the page opens — nothing is an estimate or a stored total. Start there when somebody asks "are we covered?": compliance, overdue, pass rate, and every module ranked hardest first. A module almost nobody passes is usually taught badly rather than a workforce problem.

Knowledge checks

A certificate says somebody understood the procedure on the day. A knowledge check is how you find out whether they still do: a short assessment in their own language, on a cadence you set per job — monthly, quarterly and so on.
