1. Scope & Policy Overview
At Examiverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Examiverse"), we strive to deliver high-quality, fully automated, Applied AI SaaS services for educational and training content production. This Refund Policy governs the purchases, subscriptions, and credit packages transacted through our website, mobile applications, and API systems.
Because our platform performs complex, high-concurrency cloud computing operations (such as high-definition avatar video rendering and deep-learning voice synthesis), our billing model is strictly aligned with the infrastructure costs incurred during generation.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You have full control over your billing cycles. You may cancel your active subscription (Creator, Business, or developer-tier packages) at any time directly through your dashboard settings.
- Cancellation Timing: When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Service Access: You will retain complete access to the Examiverse AI Studio, your asset history, and any unused rendering hours allocated under your plan until the current billing cycle expires.
- No Automatic Proration: We do not offer proration or partial refunds for the remaining days of a subscription cycle after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, all payments made to Examiverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable. This policy is necessitated by the immediate allocation of third-party cloud computing resources and GPU hours required to render custom virtual presenters and course slides.
Unused Credits & Rendering Hours
We do not issue refunds for unused video generation hours, expired monthly credits, or customized avatar models once they have been configured and processed. Please select a plan that fits your anticipated content volume.
Statutory Consumer Exceptions
Certain jurisdictions (such as the European Union and the United Kingdom) mandate specific cooling-off periods for digital SaaS products. If you are residing in a region with legally protected consumer rights, we will process refunds in strict compliance with those local statutory requirements.
4. Technical System Failures
We are committed to the reliability of our automated rendering pipeline. If you encounter errors due to system-side faults:
- Corrupted Assets: If a generation pipeline crashes, produces a corrupt video file, or outputs broken voice files due to system-side issues, you are eligible for compensation.
- Compensation Method: We do not issue cash refunds for rendering errors. Instead, upon validation from our engineering logs, we will manually credit your account with replacement generation hours or credit packs to fully compensate for the failed rendering.
- Reporting Window: To request a credit adjustment for a technical failure, you must submit a ticket within seven (7) days of the failed render, specifying the Job ID or UID.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced an accidental double-charge:
You must submit an official dispute claim to billing@examiverse.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will audit your transaction and account activity logs. If we identify an error on our processing gateways, we will issue a direct refund to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe credit card account) within five to ten business days.
6. Enterprise Contracts
Clients operating under corporate enterprise terms, volume contracts, or custom integrations are subject to unique terms:
All payments, SLAs, cancellation clauses, and custom billing rules negotiated inside a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Examiverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. supersede the provisions of this generic Refund Policy.
