About Examiverse

Attendance is not proof.

Examiverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. builds AI-native workforce compliance training automation: upload one policy, and every employee is trained, tested and certified in a language they actually speak — with records that keep themselves up to date as people join, move on and fall due again.

“Every employer has to answer one question: is the person doing this job trained for it — and can you prove they understood, in a language they actually read?”

The question Examiverse exists to answer
01

The Problem Nobody Solved

Every employer of any size has to be able to answer one question: has the person doing this job been trained for it, and can you show they understood that training in a language they actually read?

Almost nobody can answer it. Learning systems record attendance and completion, which is not the question being asked. The proof ends up as a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand — correct on the day it is built, and quietly wrong a month later.

02

What We Actually Build

A certificate showing that one named employee understood one named policy, in a named language, on a date — on a page an outsider can open without an account.

Getting there means building the course and the test from the customer’s own document, in each language their workforce speaks, and building both from the same lesson plan so the test can only ask about what was actually taught. We make the video because the certificate is worthless without it — not the other way round.

03

Training Is Never Actually Finished

A training file is correct on the day you build it and goes stale quietly afterwards. A certificate runs out. Somebody joins on Monday. A policy gets rewritten and everybody keeps their old certificate, so the file looks complete while it proves the wrong version.

So training attaches to the job rather than to a list of people. Write down once what each role needs, and the software keeps the rest right on its own — the difference between software that reports a situation and software that fixes it.

The Engine Underneath

Underneath sits a production engine that builds presenter-led video from a customer’s own documents, in 64 languages, with narration timed to on-screen diagrams and worked examples. Six of its seven stages run on hardware we operate, which is why the video is included in every plan rather than charged by the minute the way a production vendor has to.

It is the engine, not the destination. Nobody buys training films for their own sake — they buy the certainty that the person doing the job was shown how, understood it, and can prove it.

Where We Work

We build for any organization that has to prove its people understood something — a policy, a procedure, a regulation. A bank training two thousand staff on conduct rules. A hospital group working to controlled SOPs. A software company onboarding across nine offices. A contractor whose crew changes weekly. Fifty people or a hundred thousand.

What they have in common is that attendance is not the question being asked of them. Understanding is — and it has to be evidenced in a language each person actually reads, which is why we cover 64 of them, including the ones most training platforms handle worst.

What we hold ourselves to

Four rules we build by.

Evidence Over Activity

A completion percentage is not proof. A scored record naming a person, a procedure and a language is.

The System Goes First

Software should find the gap and open the requirement, rather than wait for somebody to remember.

Every Language Is The Same Standard

A translation must never quietly change an answer key. The same bar in all 64.

Checkable By Strangers

Evidence a regulator, client or court cannot verify without calling us is not evidence.

Official recognition

Recognised, and checkable.

We ask a safety manager to put their name on a record this system issues. It is fair that they get to know who stands behind it.
