Four problems. One system.
The same person, on four different bad days: the inspector asking what an employee actually understood, the person who started this morning, the certificate that ran out in March, and the client auditing you next week.
Training they actually understood
Almost every country requires workplace training — safety, conduct, privacy, clinical procedure — to be given in a language the employee understands, and requires you to be able to show it. Almost nobody can show the second half.
We build the course and the test from your own document, in each language your workforce speaks, and record which language each person sat it in. Translating a question can never change the right answer, so somebody tested in Bengali is marked to exactly the same standard as somebody tested in English.
- Taught and tested in the language they read
- The test comes from the lesson, not the 40-page document
- Every certificate names the language it was earned in
- A marked test result, not a sign-in sheet
Training that keeps itself up to date
A training file is correct on the day you build it and goes stale quietly after that — a certificate runs out, somebody starts on Monday, a policy gets rewritten.
Training attaches to the job, not to a list of people. Write down once what each role needs, and a new starter is covered the day their job is entered, an expiring certificate comes back on its own with a fresh deadline, and an updated policy flags everyone still holding the old one.
- New starters covered automatically
- Expiry reopens the training on its own
- A policy update never quietly leaves old certificates valid
- Your HR system sends the staff list; nothing imported by hand
Proof an outsider can check
A completion percentage is worth very little to an inspector, and less to a lawyer defending an injury claim.
Every pass produces a certificate for that one person: their name, the policy and which version of it, the language, the score and the date — on a page anyone can open without an account. Cancelled certificates still open and say they were cancelled, because one that quietly disappears looks exactly like one that never existed.
- One link checks one person, no login
- Stamped with the version of the policy they were trained on
- Cancelled and out of date are shown as different things
- Export the whole picture for the client auditing you
And the video studio underneath it
The production engine is still here, and it is still yours to drive directly if you want to.
Presenter-led video built from your own material, with narration timed to on-screen diagrams and worked examples, custom presenters, cloned voices and your brand. Most customers never open it — Examiverse runs it for them — but it is a real product and it is not going anywhere.
- Presenter-led video from your own documents
- Custom presenters, cloned voices and your own branding
- Maths, diagram, quiz, code and flashcard slides
- SCORM export into the LMS you already run
