Core Concepts
A few concepts appear throughout Examiverse AI Studio. Understanding them makes every other guide easier to follow.
- Project: A single piece of source material and the video(s) generated from it. Projects live inside a workspace and keep their full asset history.
- Module / Slide: A video is composed of sequential slides. Each slide pairs on-screen visuals with a narrated script segment.
- Presenter: The on-screen avatar delivering the narration — a standard presenter or your own custom avatar.
- Voice: The narration voice applied to a project — a premium library voice or a cloned custom voice.
- Brand Kit: Your logo, colors, and visual identity, applied automatically across every render.
- Credits: The single unit of usage. Generating, localizing, and re-rendering content draws from your credit balance.

Data & Security
Your source materials and generated videos are stored securely and remain private to your account.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is isolated to your account — it is never shared with other users or used to train shared models. You can download your generated videos at any time, and request deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.

Custom Corporate Avatars
Paid clients can create personalized avatars based on their own executives or lead instructors. By uploading a short reference video, our engine builds a personalized presenter that captures the individual's likeness and expressions. Once processed, this custom avatar is locked strictly to your account.
Voice & Narration
Achieve unparalleled authenticity by cloning an instructor's exact voice.
Upload a short, clean audio sample of the target voice. Our engine builds a secure voice profile that captures tone, cadence, and accent, which can then be applied to any script in the studio. Voice profiles are processed securely and are never shared across accounts.
Brand Kit & Visuals
Every video can be rendered fully on-brand, automatically — no manual design work required.
- Logo: Upload your brand logo once; it is placed consistently across intros, lower-thirds, and outros.
- Color palette: Define primary and accent colors so slide backgrounds, highlights, and transitions match your identity.

- Monthly credits: Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment that refreshes at the start of every billing cycle.
- Top-up packs: Need more mid-cycle? Purchase a top-up pack at any time. Top-up credits never expire as long as you hold an active subscription.
- What consumes credits: Generating a video, localizing it into a new language, and re-rendering after edits each draw credits in proportion to length and complexity.
- Longer videos: Video length scales with your available credits — higher balances unlock longer, richer modules.

- Give clean source material. Well-structured documents with clear headings produce sharper scripts and slide breaks.
- Write for the ear. Short, spoken-style sentences narrate more naturally than dense paragraphs.
- Set your Brand Kit first. Configure your logo, colors, presenter, and voice once so every project is consistent from the start.
- Review before localizing. Perfect the source-language video first, then localize — corrections carry across all languages automatically.
- Match length to purpose. Short micro-lessons drive completion; reserve long-form modules for certifications and deep training.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
How long does a video take to generate?
Most modules render in minutes. Longer or higher-resolution projects take proportionally longer, and you can keep working while a render completes in the background.
Can I edit a video after it's generated?
Yes. Adjust the script, slides, presenter, voice, or branding and re-render at any time. Re-rendering a project draws credits like any other generation.
A render failed or looks wrong — what do I do?
Re-run the project first; most transient issues resolve on retry. If a validated system-side failure occurred, our team can credit replacement generation under the terms of our Refund Policy. Report it within the stated window with your project details.
Who owns the generated videos?
You do. On settlement of your subscription or credits, you receive full rights to distribute, monetize, and broadcast your generated output. See our Terms for details.
